I have known Craig in the community foundation industry where he and I have collaborated on technology initiatives, developing similar strategies in order to improve and strengthen our organization’s environments. Recently, Craig collaborated with colleagues at an industry conference where they presented on digital security. Craig’s knowledge sharing was invaluable and helped my organization to be more prepared for events of this nature. I attended the Salesforce conference Dreamforce with Craig and found his knowledge of the platform to be deep and I reached out to him on a number of occasions for advice and input on the direction of the Salesforce ecosystem. Craig has a good sense of how software applications can drive positive business outcomes and improve process efficiency. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Craig and look forward to continuing to build on our strong relationship.
Craig and I worked together on several critical business systems improvements for clients. Most notably, under Craig's leadership, we delivered a revolutionary Salesforce implementation that fundamentally changed and improved the way a client managed their fundraising and donor management. On this project, Craig managed the relationship with several vendors as he led the effort for the client. He was a tough but fair advocate for the client’s interests. The other thing to note was Craig's leadership among his peers. I have known technology leaders at several large foundations to seek out Craig's advice and experience. Craig Keller is a respected and proven technology leader with whom I have enjoyed working.
I worked with Craig throughout the years that I led the Finance & Administration Group at GCF. He has extensive knowledge and capabilities on all aspects of technology. Craig set up a strong infrastructure here and as kept our company up to date on the ever-changing technologies. He demonstrated strong management skills and strategic vision. I valued Craig not only for his technology skills and expertise, but also for his business savvy and good judgment in dealing with complex problems.
Lantek Consulting served as the managed service provider for ArtsWave for 10 years. As the nation’s oldest and largest public arts fund, - he was a dedicated member of our team and would go above to ensure our organizational success. Craig was a key part of the team contributing to the growth of our organization. He led the change from an on-premise work environment to a much more mobile work force; and planned and executed the move to a new office space, which is still functioning beautifully today – 7 years later. Mr. Keller has the technical and management capabilities to help any organization/company grow and achieve their ambitious goals. Technology is the lifeline of my organization and we were grateful to Craig for leading a step-change for our organization. I would not hesitate to partner with Craig on future endeavors.
As The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati’s (now called Interact for Health) managed service provider, Craig’s company, Lantek, provided the technical leadership for the organization. He reliably designed, built and managed our technology infrastructure. Craig grew our technical capacity, which supported the Foundation’s growth from three to thirty employees. He demonstrated a wide range of technical, managerial and leadership skills by delivering a mix of strategic software applications to maximize our grant making and financial processes. Craig was always easy to work with and provided us with cost effective results. He works collegially and values partnerships, exemplified by the fact that continues to serve as a technical advisor to Interact for Health.
Being in the financial services industry, we relied heavily on Craig’s expertise to keep our electronic data and technology up to date and secure. He was proactive and was a valued member of the Greystone team. Craig was especially invaluable to me because of his business mindset, decisiveness and his ability to communicate well with any level of our staff. His influencing abilities are evident in his charisma, his interpersonal skills and ability to build a rapport. His passion for strategic thinking is evident in how he listens, analyzes and balances all aspects of the current business needs and future aspirations. Lantek would be a great fit for any organization due to his interpersonal communication strengths and his business acumen.
Over a period of more than two decades, Craig Keller helped The Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) modernize its technology to align with the Foundation's own growth strategy. When GCF was a relatively small organization, we contracted with Craig's company (Lantek) to support a wide range of technology needs. Craig was the right, really the only, choice. He designed and implemented a complex multi-year strategic plan that protects and positions GCF's systems well for the future. As a leader with both business and technical skills he was able to deliver real value to the organization.
