I have known Craig in the community foundation industry where he and I have collaborated on technology initiatives, developing similar strategies in order to improve and strengthen our organization’s environments. Recently, Craig collaborated with colleagues at an industry conference where they presented on digital security. Craig’s knowledge sharing was invaluable and helped my organization to be more prepared for events of this nature. I attended the Salesforce conference Dreamforce with Craig and found his knowledge of the platform to be deep and I reached out to him on a number of occasions for advice and input on the direction of the Salesforce ecosystem. Craig and I worked together on several critical business systems improvements for clients.
